Rafael Marsola

Rafael Marsola has served as the Global Head of Risk Management for JBS since 2024.

With over 10 years of experience, Marsola began his career as a trader for Cargill and, in recent years, has overseen the Seara Trading Desk for JBS Brazil.

Marsola holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of São Paulo and an MBA in Agribusiness from the University of São Paulo.
