    Kim Pryor serves as General Counsel at JBS Foods USA where she is responsible for all legal activities in North America on behalf of the global food company. Pryor joined JBS in 2013 as Corporate Counsel and was previously a Commercial Litigator at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti. 

    She received her law degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colo., and her bachelor’s degree from St. Michael’s College in Burlington, Vt.
