    Founded in Memphis, Tenn., in 1987 and acquired by JBS USA in 2020, Empire Packing specializes in retail case-ready meats, Ledbetter branded retail products and custom food processing and packaging services.

    Our 1,250 team members produce 6 million pounds of case-ready beef, chicken, grinds and pork per week to some of the top Grocers in the United States. Additionally, smoked offals are produced in our Memphis facility.

    Our four processing facilities are strategically located across the United States in Mason, Ohio; Denver, Colo.; Memphis, Tenn.; and Olympia, Wash.
