    Tom Lopez serves as the President and COO of Swift Prepared Foods, a subsidiary of JBS USA, a role he has held since 2018.

    Prior to working for JBS USA, Lopez spent 18 years at Kraft / Kraft Heinz in a variety of positions including President of the Beverages and Snack Nuts business unit and Vice President of Marketing.

    He was also a Captain in the US Army and has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
