Marty Dooley

President and COO, Pork, JBS Foods USA


Marty Dooley has more than 35 years of experience in the industry and currently serves as the President and COO of JBS Pork, in addition to leading the Empire Packing business for JBS.

Dooley earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University in 1982 and started his career as a management trainee with Swift & Company in 1983. He has served in several leadership capacities throughout his career, including Vice President of Pork Processor Sales, Vice President of Processor Sales & Hedging and Vice President of Margin Management.
